Below you will find answers to the questions we get asked often. Q: Will the text of the videos be available?

A: Yes, all videos included in the course will be followed by a transcript.

Q: The course videos won't play. What should I do?

A: You can try viewing the course in a different browser—Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc. If it is a YouTube video, try clicking on the YouTube icon in the bottom right corner of the video, which will open it on YouTube.

Q: Will I be able to meet or talk to other students in the course?

A: You will be able to engage with your peers on the discussion boards. However, please do not share your personal details in discussions.

Q: I posted in the discussion forum but I cannot find my post. What should I do?

A: Search for your post using your username. In the top navigation bar, select ‘Discussion’. You can enter your username in the ‘Search all posts’ search field in the top right.

Q: I am unable to view content. What should I do?

A: First, check that the browser you are using has been updated to the most recent version. For the best performance and experience, it is recommended that you use the latest version of: 

    • Chrome (Version 106.0.5249.168 or higher)
    • Firefox (Version 106.0.2 or higher)

EdX also supports the latest versions of:

    • Microsoft Edge (Version 105.0. 1343.25 or higher)
    • Safari (Version 14.1.2 or higher)
